Shaira Morralla

Shaira is a bilingual customer service and community manager expert. She is a natural leader who is passionate about impacting positive change. As a young creative, she is already a published author of a children's book and is working on future titles that showcase diversity and inclusion. 

Her career experience includes leading roles in podcast production and editing, social media management, sales, and marketing. She's originally from Argentina and her immigrant experience has shaped her to be empathetic and interested in others' journeys. She loves creative projects, animals, music, and art.
