Dr. Kane is the owner and clinical director. She has a doctorate in psychology and 20+ years experience in the mental health industry. She is passionate about healing our brains from trauma and specializes in adult recovery from childhood traumas.

I am a Capella University Master's intern in Marriage and Family Therapy with successful life experience dealing with parenting, grief, chronic illness, eating disorders, remarriage, divorce, blending families, single parenting, stepparenting, and the power of positivity, faith, and trying again.

I approach counseling from a humanistic and holistic approach focusing on you as an individual, your desires to reach your potential, and experience a fulfilling life. I support your development of self, exploring and understanding your desires, feelings, and meaning through leveraging your strengths and abilities.

Adversity, challenges, trauma, abuse, betrayal, abandonment, long-term illness, couple and family conflict, divorce, single-parenting, blending families, and grief can cause anyone to struggle. I have experienced these things and chose to further my education to know how to pay it forward to others seeking relief. I am specializing in trauma-informed systemic therapy.
