I understand the complexities of life and relationships and how hard it can be to navigate. It can feel overwhelming and even helpless at times. I approach life and therapy with a wide lens.
I like to take a holistic approach to mental health and I understand that our mental, physical and spiritual parts are intertwined.
As humans we are made to feel emotions. I don’t view life or therapy as a process of learning to avoid difficult or uncomfortable feelings or a process of perfection. I view it as a process of discovery, acceptance, growth, and understanding.
I enjoy working with couples and often used EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I am flexible in my approach to therapy; I make adjustments for clients based on their individual needs.
I use my education and personal life experience to help create the best possible connection and beneficial therapeutic experience to promote change and growth and healing.
