As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist Intern, I utilize a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that my practice is safe and compassionate.
I’m certified in EMDR and harmoniously use other modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Parts work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Motivational Interviewing, equipping me with diverse tools to foster insight, resilience, and personal growth.
I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with my clients, creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and build the confidence needed to create the life and relationships you desire.
