Dr. Christy Kane

Christy Kane PsyD, PhD., CMHC, has over 20 years of experience leading and guiding in mental health. Christy Kane is a sought-after presenter and author who focuses her work on neurology, mental health stability, and how electronics are affecting the human brain.
She has served in a variety of roles that contribute to her extensive mental health knowledge and expertise in the field of Psychology. As a former owner and Clinical Director of two residential treatment centers, Christy has helped youth learn the skills necessary to effectively contribute to society, manage their mental health, and make positive changes in their lives. Christy also owns an outpatient clinic in Utah where she provided counseling services.
From parent nights at local schools to TEDx talks, and from national conferences to local intervention with companies, Christy is a coveted advisor in the area of mental health. Megan believes that there is hope for a bigger and brighter future through motivating, empowering, and educating. Her journey to becoming a therapist began when she found herself a passerby in her life and not loving the life she was living. She has a passion for helping others find love for life and purpose by using their own personal strengths, past experiences, and desire for change.
Megan knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so she has been trained in a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mind-Body Bridging.
Megan’s educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Family Services from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah and a Masters of Social Work from University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. Megan spent 8 years working with adolescents and families from a variety of nationalities and ethnicities as a Family Advocate and Case Worker. She also has 2 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups addressing domestic violence, general mental health, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.

Kari Turner brings a proven track record in successfully managing Human Resource efforts with diverse groups in multiple countries across private, nonprofit and government sectors to the Dr. Christy Kane clinic. Always looking for her next challenge, Kari excels in employee relations, training, and program development in fast-paced environments.
Although a business graduate, Kari is not new to the world of mental health. Her experience includes working with at-risk youth, adopted youth, individuals on the autism spectrum, in residential and outpatient centers, as a crisis intervention trainer, and as a victim advocate for domestic violence victims.
Kari loves to travel, hike, learn new languages, create digital artwork, and spend time with her border collie and her family—especially as a new mom! Kari graduated with her MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in 2019.
Shaira is a bilingual customer service and community manager expert. She is a natural leader who is passionate about impacting positive change. As a young creative, she is already a published author of a children's book and is working on future titles that showcase diversity and inclusion.
Her career experience includes leading roles in podcast production and editing, social media management, sales, and marketing. She's originally from Argentina and her immigrant experience has shaped her to be empathetic and interested in others' journeys. She loves creative projects, animals, music, and art.
