A Bit About Me

Hope is a powerful tool. Research has shown that progress and healing can be made when someone has it.

Adversity, challenges, trauma, abuse, betrayal, abandonment, long-term illness, couple and family conflict, divorce, single-parenting, blending families, and grief can cause anyone to struggle. I have experienced these things and chose to further my education to know how to pay it forward to others seeking relief.

Even the most extreme circumstances can be neutralized through therapy.

I am a Master's student/intern in Marriage and Family Therapy specializing in trauma-informed systemic therapy. I am trained to treat individuals, couples, and families.

Education in how the mind works, trauma responses, coping tools, and techniques are effective aids to empower you to gain control over your circumstances.

Coming to any therapist's office can be a daunting task. Will we get along? Will they judge me? Will they listen to me? Are they qualified? Having been through this process, I know how difficult it may be.

I look forward to creating a safe space and being a therapist that you look forward to meeting with.
